SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES FOR LYCEE ROCHAMBEAU AND HILL STUDENTS
Thursday, february 7 to Sunday, February 10, 2002

Thursday 8:00pm - CFTA Parking Lot :
- Mrs. Rohmer welcomes Rochambeau Faculty and Students. Since you will be in Study Hall, you will be able to meet your partner at 9:45pm, in the Student Center. Please help your hosts pick up their luggage and bring it to your room as quickly as possible. Brief your partner about School and Dorm rules and regulations. The necessary cots and beddings will have been delivered that day.
- Hill Students introduce their partner to their Dorm Parent at this time. Please do so, since your hall parents do you a special favor in accepting this program.

Friday: between 7.15 am and 7:30am:
- Hill students take their partner to breakfast and check in with Mrs. Rohmer and Rochambeau Faculty in the Saunders Room: All students who have signed up to take an international student through their day, please be on time to bring your partner to this location.
Rochambeau Students follow the Hill student's day and remain with him/her, at all times, during classes, lunch, sports, until dinner. Please do not leave campus for any reason whatsoever.
- 3:30PM : French International Basketball Game - All are welcome !
- 5:30pm: Students and their partner meet for cafeteria style dinner in the Dining Hall.
- 6:30pm: Rochambeau Faculty and Students, Hill Students meet in the Saunders Room to check in and review the schedule.
- 7:15pm: Rochambeau students and their hosts will attend choir evening in the CFTA
- 9:45pm : All return to their room. All follow normal Dorm rules and procedures.

Saturday 7:15 am to 7:30am:
- Hosting students take their partner to breakfast at 7:15 am and check in with Rochambeau Faculty in Dining Hall, before 7:45am..
- Take your partner to classes and follow any other morning activity.

Saturday 11:00 am:
- Hill students escort their partners to their bus to Amish Country, in CFTA Parking Lot
- Hill students who have signed up to accompany their partners should then board the bus.
- Departure for Amish Country is at 11:15 sharp! LUNCH AT AN AMISH RESTAURANT.

Rochambeau students have informed their Hill roommate of their return time from their Amish Country trip: around 4:30pm. Hill students will then take them to dinner and to evening all-campus activity.
- 5:30pm: all Rochambeau Students and their Hill evening partner check in with Hill and Rochambeau faculty in the Saunders Room. They will confirm their evening activity at this time.

Saturday 10:50pm sharp:
All Rochambeau students due in their rooms with their Hill partners.

Sunday 10:00pm: Hill hosting students take their roommate to brunch.
All Rochambeau students meet their chaperones by 10:00 am in Dining Hall, with their luggage,
for breakfast and departure.

Note: Hill students must respect their usual work schedule. Please see Mrs. Rohmer, Ms. Leblanc , Mr. Lagor or Mr. Bell for any question.
