'Acting; Working Towards A Production'
In this course, Jessica Lefkow will work with students on the skills required to stage a production. The course will culminate in a show at the end
of term, either in English, or as a bi-lingual presentation. Teaching will be in English, though French will be employed when necessary for understanding.
Students are expected to attend all sessions/rehearsals. Some study outside course hours is required, (learning lines!). No previous
experience neccessary.'
Biography;
Jessica Lefkow, (B.F.A., Catholic University of America) has lived,
directed, acted, coached and taught across Europe and Asia. Since her
return to the Washington, D.C. area, Jessica has continued to work in
Hong Kong with producer Matthew Gregory of ABA Productions & Faust
International Theatre. She currently studies Improvisation with Gary
Austin, founder of the legendary improv troupe, 'The Groundlings'.
Jessica's teaching credits globally include directing the
Anglo-Cypriot Youth Theater for two years, with seasons that
culminated in performances at Cyprus' One-Act Festival and a public
and critically acclaimed run of Moliere's 'L'Ecole des Femmes', in
English translation.

'Frida Vice Versa' travelled to New York as part of the Songs From
Coconut Hill Festival at Teatro La Tea, and again, as part of Caicedo
Productions' ONE Festival.
