ADMISSIONS SCHEDULE FOR MATERNELLE
2008 – 2009

Thank you for your interest in The French International School, Maternelle.
The timeline for applications follows. We accept applications from the date of the Open House, December 4 until March 28 for the initial phase of admissions.  These applications will be responded to by April 11, 2008 when acceptance decisions are announced. 

Applications will be accepted after March 28; a waiting list will be formed if necessary.  The French International School gives preference to siblings and children of alumni.  Children are expected to demonstrate competence in one language.   The largest number of spaces available is for three year olds, about 30 places (petite section).  There will be very few spaces for moyenne section and about ten to fifteen places are open in  grande section. 

Please submit the following:

1. application for pre-enrollment form
2. education information sheet
3. copy of birth certificate
4. pre-enrollment fee of $440.00 per child (non refundable after May 2, 2008).

Documents can be mailed to 9600 Forest Rd, Bethesda, Md, 20814, dropped off at the reception of either campuses or delivered to the admissions office between 8am and 10am.
