Dear Parents,

As we prepare for the 2008-2009 school year, time has come to complete applications or re-register for the bus service.

Apart from the run to and from Washington, DC we have kept bus runs to a maximum of 45 minutes for reasons of security and wellbeing of students. In order to keep the runs to this reasonable length for all families concerned, we ask that parents keep to the stops already allocated as much as possible. Minor adjustments will be made at the beginning of the school year once the students’ schedules will be published.

In view of the rising cost of gas, a few changes have been made in a continuing effort to provide an efficient, cost effective bus service. Thus, route 11 has been cancelled and its stops redistributed on Routes 4 and 8.

The enclosed brochure reiterates the rules and regulations pertaining to the bus service. We recommend that you go over this information with your child and refer to it as necessary during the school year.

We would be grateful if you would complete and sign the enclosed registration form and return it to the school together with the required deposit.
