After a busy Week 4, the good news continues to roll in across Rochambeau’s fields, gyms, and trails.

The Varsity boys’ soccer team secured a 3–0 forfeit victory against German School on Monday in their third Global Impact League match, marking their third consecutive positive result after a draw against British School and a decisive win against Barrie.

The Varsity girls’ volleyball team is also continuing their perfect run, earning their third win of the season with a 3–2 victory over Barrie on Tuesday, following wins against Don Bosco and Capital City. The team remains undefeated.

Last weekend was also a busy one for our 22 club soccer teams (MSI, SAM Select, EDP, etc.), with a record of 13 wins and 8 losses, and 70 goals scored compared with 73 conceded.

That same weekend, our runners competed in the Georgetown Prep Cross-Country Classic. In High School, our standout runner Matt McDonald continued his strong season with another 2nd-place finish and a new personal best of 16:40. Ghislain Bodewig Sabatier finished just behind him in 19:23. In Middle School, Noah Larkin placed 9th in 12:44, setting a personal best, while Georgia Joseph finished 7th in 14:32, her best time of the season. Both performances confirm the group’s strong form.

The final standings from the St. Andrew’s Episcopal School tournament are also in: the Varsity boys finished as tournament finalists, taking 2nd place, while the Varsity girls finished 4th.

This afternoon, the action continues with the Varsity girls’ volleyball team traveling to face BASIS and the Varsity girls’ soccer team taking on DCI.
