Une excellente nouvelle pour Rochambeau alors que Samantha Pressman, élève de seconde, se qualifie pour la Préparation Olympique Française de Mathématiques (POFM), une formation à distance qui vise à préparer et à sélectionner les élèves qui représenteront la France à l'Olympiade Internationale de Mathématiques. En effet, Samantha s’est distinguée lors de la Coupe Animath d’automne 2021, un concours de mathématiques de haut niveau et sera la seule représentante de notre école à ce concours.

Séries d’exercices en mathématiques envoyés chaque mois et tests en temps limité toutes les six semaines, les prochains mois s’annoncent chargés pour Samantha. Toute la communauté de Rochambeau est derrière vous.

Samantha Pressman qualifies for a high-level Math contest 

Great news for Rochambeau as 10th grader Samantha Pressman has qualified for the Préparation Olympique Française de Mathématiques (POFM), a distance learning course which aims to prepare and select the students who will represent France at the Olympiade Internationale de Mathématiques. Samantha has distinguished herself at the Fall 2021 Animath Cup, a high-level math competition and will be the sole representative for our school in this competition.

To proceed in the next phases of competition, Samantha will undertake a series of math exams every month, timed tests every six weeks, and intense preparation. While the next few months are going to be busy for Samantha, the entire Rochambeau community will surely be cheering for you!
