PSAT Registration, Info Sessions, and Events

PSAT Registration Open for Premières

The PSAT will be offered Wednesday, October 19th from 8:00am to 12:00pm (approximately) at the school. This fall’s PSAT is the qualifying exam for participation in the National Merit Scholarship Program* for all current première students who meet the following criteria:

-Will stay at Rochambeau for terminale

-Are US citizens, US permanent residents (green card holders), or have applied for green card.

Première students meeting these requirements must take the October 19th PSAT in order to be eligibility to compete in the National Merit/National Achievement Scholarship Programs or the National Hispanic Recognition Program.*

Even if you do not meet the criteria for scholarships, the PSAT is excellent practice for the actual SAT, which you will have to take in order to apply to US universities. All première students are encouraged to take the PSAT in October as a practice test for the SAT. Note: PSAT results are NOT sent to universities and are not used at all in university admission. The PSAT is purely a practice test which can also lead to scholarships for eligible students who make top scores.

Information sheet and registration form

If you intend to take the test, please complete the Student Registration form and bring it, with payment, to the receptionist at the Administration Building, Forest Road campus, by Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
