Avant de parler des résultats sportifs, 300 footballeurs des clubs de Rochambeau, du CE2 à la Terminale, ont eu la grande chance de rencontrer les joueurs de l’équipe de France lors de leur tournée américaine vendredi dernier. Ce fut un moment incroyable pour tous ces élèves venus partager une séance d’entraînement et rencontrer leurs idoles. Une expérience unique qui restera, sans aucun doute, gravée dans leur mémoire.

Côté compétitions, dès le lendemain, samedi, marquait la reprise officielle des championnats pour toutes nos équipes de soccer. Sur 26 matchs disputés, les Mousquetaires enregistrent un très bon début de saison avec 15 victoires, 3 matchs nuls et 9 défaites, pour un total de 85 buts marqués contre 72 encaissés. Un bilan très encourageant pour l’ensemble de nos équipes.
Il n’y aura pas de matchs ce week-end en raison du week-end de Pâques. Les équipes retrouveront les terrains les 10 et 11 avril prochains, juste avant les vacances.
Volley
Côté volleyball, après trois belles victoires pour débuter la saison, les garçons de Varsity affronteront DC International High School cette semaine pour leur quatrième match de la saison. La rencontre aura lieu à 17h30 à Rochambeau. Le niveau est particulièrement relevé cette année et les matchs sont toujours de très belle qualité.
Before diving into the sports results, 300 soccer players from the Rochambeau clubs, ranging from CE2 (3rd grade) to Terminale (12th grade), had the incredible opportunity to meet the French National Team during their American tour last Friday.
It was an amazing moment for all these students, who came out to share a training session and meet their idols. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will, without a doubt, stay with them forever.

Soccer
On the competitive side, the official season kicked off for all our soccer teams the very next day, Saturday. Out of 26 matches played, the Musketeers are off to a great start with 15 wins, 3 draws, and 9 losses, totaling 85 goals scored and 72 conceded. It’s a very encouraging record across the board for our teams.
There will be no games this weekend due to the Easter holiday. Teams will be back on the field on April 10 and 11, just before the break.
Volleyball
In volleyball news, after starting the season with three big wins, the Boys' Varsity team will face DC International High School this week for their fourth match of the season. The game will take place today at 5:30 PM at Rochambeau. The competition is especially tough this year, and the matches are always high-quality.
