Au fil des six premières séances du club Prends la parole !, les élèves ont renforcé leur expression orale en apprenant à mieux maîtriser leur voix et leur intonation, des compétences essentielles pour communiquer avec force et clarté.

Côté webradio, ils se sont initiés à l’interview à travers des « portraits-robots », en élaborant des questions capables de révéler la personnalité, les centres d’intérêt et les activités de leurs interlocuteurs. Ils ont également réalisé un reportage audio à partir des ambiances et témoignages recueillis lors de l’International Food Festival, mêlant réactions du public, échanges avec les bénévoles et interventions des organisateurs.

Dans le cadre du projet Ambassadeurs & Ambassadrices en herbe (AAEH), les élèves de 6e et 5e ont entamé l’écriture de fables autour de l’intelligence artificielle, en accordant une place centrale à la morale, afin d’exprimer un point de vue argumenté sur la question : l’IA, une révolution au service de l’humain ?

Ces expériences ont stimulé leur créativité et leur esprit critique, tout en les engageant pleinement dans une démarche de citoyens éclairés, capables de prendre position et de faire entendre leur voix à travers des formats variés. Over the course of the first six sessions of the Prends la parole !* club, students consolidated their oral communication skills by learning to better control their voice, articulation, and intonation to express their ideas with clarity, confidence, and impact. This activity was intended to increase their awareness of the language and its power of persuasion.

On the webradio side, they were introduced to journalistic interviewing through “portraits-robots.” They learned how to elicit meaningful responses by carefully designing questions that reveal the personality, interests, and experiences of their interviewees. They also produced an audio report dedicated to the International Food Festival and reported on the event through testimonies, audience reactions, and conversations with volunteers and organizers. This project motivated students to work on their technical skills in reporting with accuracy and responsibility.

As part of the Ambassadeurs & Ambassadrices en herbe (AAEH) program, 6e (6th grade) and 5e (7th grade) students engaged in a creative writing activity and worked on expressing a logical point of view on artificial intelligence (AI): "A revolution in the service of humanity?" while prioritizing morality at the center of their work. This exercise created an essential space to debate ethical issues and sharpened students’ ability to articulate complex ideas in a structured and tangible way.

Together, these experiences contributed to the development of students’ creativity, analytical skills, and sense of moral responsibility. They learned to speak their mind in oral and written forms with intention and awareness, so they can take ownership of their voice in the future as global citizens and express their point of view on controversial and pressing issues of their time.
