The new campus is located at 9650 Rockville Pike, in Bethesda, just 1 mile from our current Forest Road campus.

Project timeline

Estimation pending permitting approval as well as construction time

 Pending financing and permitting approvals as well as construction time, we expect to begin welcoming Preschool and Elementary school students to the classes on the New Campus for the 2022 Back-to-School.

 The estimated project cost is $60 Million, including the purchase of the campus real estate, renovation of the existing infrastructure, and installation of new recreation fields, playgrounds and outdoor community spaces.

This Site plan has not yet been approved, this is the last version proposed, including request changes made by the Planning and Transportation Authorities.

New campus site plan

This site plan proposition indicates one main access to the campus on Rockville Pike.

New changes include:

  • A new site access plan with a deceleration and acceleration lane on our property, in order to separate and relieve the traffic induced on Rockville Pike.
  • The availability of the East wing Building for school’s operations, like gyms, large library, teachers lounge, administrative offices...
  • A reduced drop off loop in front of Lee Building with a large plaza for gatherings and events.
